For over 16 years, Gen Art has showcased the work of thousands of visual artists. Our roster of events and programs are designed to expose new audiences to the best in emerging art talent, cultivate new collectors, and provide artists with new platforms for their work. Ryan McGuiness, LEBO, Will Cotton, Shepard Fairey, Dalek, Miss Van, Paul Henry Ramirez and many others have been exhibited at Gen Art events.

Gen Art and smart introduced Gen Art Detour presented by smart, to make its debut at the SCOPE art fair in Miami. This dynamic lounge space allowed fair visitors to take a break from the hustle and bustle and relax in a creative and inspiring environment. In addition, visitors had the opportunity to go from onlooker to artist using a smart car as their canvas. Fair attendees also had a chance to get behind the wheel and test drive a smart.

SCOPE art fair is the world's leading contemporary art show and returned to Miami for its eleventh year with a high profile venue centrally located in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District. The unique SCOPE experience expands this year to feature film, music, installation and performance. These selected artists had the chance to bring their art to life during Gen Art Detour presented by smart. Each artist designed a custom wrapped smart car that was contextualized in an innovative setting to stimulate the imagination and incite conversation. View the full gallery here.
