Today, even men have a beauty regime, so it's impossible to go wrong stuffing those socks with beauty goodies.Whole Foods Market has great unisex lotions, lip balm and body washes. Due to arbitrary airport security rules, the mini sizes are an extra bonus for holiday travel.

3. Edibles

Not necessarily the “special” kind, just lots and lots of festive candy.

4. Cards, The Kind With Money Attached

Be the most practical stocking stuffer ever, and give a bunch of $5 gift cards to places like CVS, Starbucks, or Jamba Juice.

5. Dollar Store Shwag

This is only OK if the whole stocking isn’t full of crap from the 99 Cent Store. These spots are great for buying random humorous junk, or things for kids, like coloring books, stuffed animals etc.

Those mini books that always crowd the checkout lines at major bookstores, with titles like: “Sisters”, “Easy Mediterranean Meals” or “The Psychic in You”, are always an easy option.
