Trina Turk, apparel, accessories and home designer, celebrated the exclusive grand opening in Bal Harbour Shops on Thursday, November 12th. Miami’s top movers and shakers attended the exciting soiree with a designer meet-and-greet and a night of shopping, where 20% of proceeds benefitted Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program, Inc.

A select crowd of our very own fashion elite, were invited to be the first to preview Bal Harbours’ newest shopping haven including singer and songwriter, Jamie Jo Harris; VH1’s NBA Wives star, Evelyn Lozada, socialite, Jennifer Postrel; Femme Coiffure Hair Spa owners, Alyssa and Raphael Reboh; NBC 6 anchor, Trina Robinson; Emmy Award-winning television news producer and philanthropist, Marisa Toccin; Emmy Award-winning journalist and founder of Women of Tomorrow, Jennifer Valoppi; and socialite, Alison Zhuk. Guests enjoyed beats by DJ Dutch, passed hor d’oeuvres compliments of Thierry’s Catering and Vojito cocktails by V Georgio.

The boutique is a treasure trove of trendy finds and houses a complete assortment of ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories, home décor and coffee table books in addition to vintage finds collected by the designer. The space expresses a 1950s historic, luxurious retail experience and is enriched with a collection of Trina Turk Residential pillows, modern paintings and furnishings by legendary designers Billy Haines and Milo Baughman.
