On Friday, June 5th, Todd Palmerton and Jared Rivera organized a Dom Pérignon pop up dinner -- a fusion of world class Champagne, food and art. Dom Pérignon's very own Chef de Cave Richard Geoffroy personally introduced three vintages to an intimate group of San Francisco's A-list movers + shakers and premier restaurant industry professionals. Two time four-star Executive Chef George Morrone prepared and served a coursed menu that paired with each of Geoffroy's vintages. The event was held at acclaimed designer Michael Brennan's personal SOMA art studio.
