Starting Thursday, August 26, Royal/T welcomes “Sushi Pop Art,” a new limited-engagement pop up dinner series featuring creations by artistic sushi luminary Chef Kenny Yamada, known for his appearance on FOX’s “Hell’s Kitchen” and credited with the opening of Katsuya Restaurant in Encino. Available every Wednesday and Thursday from 6 – 10 p.m. through September 9, Angelenos can enjoy Yamada’s intricate sushi menu inspired by Royal/T’s contemporary Japanese art collection, seamlessly combining the vocabularies of fine dining and fine art under one roof.
