The Skyline Jazz Series, launching Tuesday April 20th,
and continuing every Tuesday thereafter, at the ELEVATE LOUNGE (811 Wilshire Blvd, downtown LA, 90017).

The event will feature cocktails, sushi & robata appetizers, and 3 hours of live modern jazz led by the Ryan Roberts group and will feature different weekly musical fusions, influences, and guest players and vocalists. Perfectly timed with the sunset, this spring/summer event series will take place weekly on Tuesdays, launching April 20th, from 7- 10pm.

It’s a twist on happy hour, perfect for downtown business types grabbing an after work cocktail, local
artists, loft dwellers, and the traditional jazz enthusiasts. The Skyline Jazz event will provide the idyllic visual
and musical backdrop for guests next date, business meeting, or casual cocktail with friends.

Jazz musicians led by bandleader Ryan Roberts will entertain guests with modern jazz, heavily influenced by the modern
sounds of the NY jazz scene, incorporating various musical fusions and guest artists each week.

Keeping it fresh and different from week to week, sounds will range from classic jazz, Latin jazz, world beat influences,
rhythm & blues, etc.

Seating is plentiful, tables are available, and a special appetizer menu with favorites such as; popcorn shrimp, robata trio, and tuna tataki will be available featuring the best cuisine from Takami Sushi, next door! Full dinner is available at the adjoining restaurant as well (www.takamisushi.com).
