Seasonally fresh mussels, clams, shrimp and oysters paired with stunning summer wines make this Hollywood neighborhood brasserie an idyllic local for summer night.

WHAT: Starting on Monday, July 26, 2010 Delphine Restaurant, an Innovative Dining Group concept located at the W Hollywood Hotel, announces “Raw Bar Mondays” featuring a selection of some of the finest seafood, shellfish, and raw bar fare that can be found anywhere in the city. Recognized for its extraordinary seafood offerings, Executive Chef Sascha Lyon showcases products from some of the country’s finest fisherman and fish markets in the world at this chic yet inviting and lively brasserie inspired restaurant. The new raw bar menu, that will be offered in the bar and dining room, will include select items for only $1 including New Zealand Mussels, Little Neck Clams on the Half Shell, Top Neck Clams on the Half Shell, East Coast Oysters on the Half Shell, and Chilled Shrimp. Additional items range from $2 to $8, including Jonah Crab Claw, Seafood Ceviche, Steamed Cockles in White Wine or Marinara, and Steamed Mussels in Pernod. Heartier dishes will include a Lobster Roll ($8) or Beer Battered Cod Fish ($3). Special wines will also be available by-the-glass ($5), or guests can enjoy one of the signature cocktails such as a Monaco Breeze ($11) or Off Vine ($12).
