The Orange County Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure presents MasCUREade: A Celebration of Wellness for Breast Cancer Survivors & Co-Survivors on Friday, March 5, 2010. Themed “masquerade,” the inspirational community gathering is an educational forum to celebrate all breast cancer survivors and co-survivors for their triumph over the disease.

The event will feature engaging presentations and informative educational demonstrations covering the latest advances and local resources related to health & wellness. A highlight of the event will be an awards presentation to recognize Komen’s Most Inspirational Breast Cancer Survivor, Outstanding Breast Health Advocate, and Most Inspirational Co-Survivor. The event will close with a special survivor tribute to honor those that have been lost and those that have overcome the disease.
