Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jeannie Mai, and I’m obsessed with Style. Having it, working it, owning it �”to me, style is the fundamental foundation to the success in relationships of all areas in your life because it starts with you feeling the way that you look so that others can get your very best. It’s a responsibility, and I’m here to make sure you have fun practicing safe style
So for the next few months I’ll share all my saucy secrets to having mad style. Here’s today’s Style Secret #1: Know Who You Are
This is an essential start. Since you guys don’t know me well yet, I’ll start with the mini version of the infamous Facebook fad- 25 Things You Didn’t Know About Jeannie Mai. Except I’ll do 5 now because-
25. I’m always running to not run late.
24. I’m a fro yo freak. And Pinkberry to me is like a bad Louie knock off to the real thing.
23. I’m looking to buy only because I’ve grown completely outta my closet. I’m Asian, I’d rather save.
22. Everyday I hike up Runyon Canyon with a 10 lb weight vest to hi-five God at the top.
21. I don’t have expensive taste.
20. I don’t like when fashion makes people feel left out

Hi Miss Mai....I love leggins! They remind me of college and I loved that comfortable feel and look. They seem to be the fashion statement this year. But I heard many years ago, that if you lived through the first trend, you are too old to wear it when it comes back again. Do you agree with this? Should I get a new pair for Fall 09 or skip it and get some "mom jeans." If the answer is "Yes! Get leggins" then what should I wear on top? xxoo krista

Hi Jeannie! I love your show How Do I Look?! Something that I would love to see is help for women like me. I'm 24 years old and I look like I'm about 16. It's hard to shop because clothes that fit me should be worn by teenagers, not by a young woman with a career. I'm a teacher, but sometimes I don't feel like I'm taken seriously because of how young I portray myself. I love my petite figure, but I'm at a loss as to how to dress up without looking frumpy! Is there any advice you can offer other than telling me to enjoy looking young?

Hey Jeannie, I just wanted to say that you are my fashion idle and that I love your sense of style . I hope one day when I’m older that my sense of stlye won’t may me look like i’m 6 (I’m not 6). But anyway I really love watching your show and seeing how you change people’s lives and show them a wider variety of clothing (although my mum won’t let me stay up till 5 am to watch other episodes on a school night ,I can’t see why!, . Hoping to see new episodes Love From ME!!!
