From Halloween bashes, pre-holiday get togethers, and football tailgating parties are all opportunities to indulge in some of the Fall’s tastiest meals and snacks. Here are some diet tips and strategies for the Fall and Winter season ahead:
Tips:
1. Eat a wholesome breakfast of fruit, oatmeal, or low-sugar cereal each morning
2. Avoid the bread basket and choose crackers and fresh vegetables to snack on before a meal.
3. Just say no to cream based soups
4. Cook at home whenever possible
5. Moderate the sweets
6. Head to the Farmer’s market
7. Be active
