What's New: Drybar

With LA-area locations currently up and running in Brentwood, West Hollywood, Studio City and Pacific Palisades, Drybar owner Alli Webb is excited for the new Newport Beach location at Fashion Island. “We had so many requests from our customers for an Orange County location, we even had women driving up to our LA locations all the way from Orange County,” Webb says. “My brother and business partner Michael lives in Corona del Mar, and we always felt Fashion Island was a perfect fit for Drybar.”

As Southern California’s original blow dry-only bar, Drybar provides luxurious blowouts for only $35, making it easy for any woman on a budget to feel pampered and keep her hair looking absolutely perfect. “We do a lot of private parties for birthday celebrations, bachelorette parties, baby showers or even just a girls’ night out,” Webb says. “You can rent the space for a flat fee (price varies by location) and we shut the shop down to accommodate your party.”

Ladies can also take in one of their favorite chick-flicks, sip complimentary beverages and even charge their cell phones, all while having their hair transformed into one of Drybar’s signature styles. With five different blowout options to choose from, a selection of Kérastase “shots” that repair and rejuvenate dry, weak or color-treated hair, and scalp massages, Drybar has everything to make hair look healthy and flawless. As if this salon couldn’t get more fabulous and convenient, it also offers a Dry-On-The-Fly service for $75, in which a stylist can come to a client’s house, helping those on a tight-schedule to always look fabulous.
