Hadley Henriette Visits the Iconic Art Event

Razzle dazzle I love Art Basel – especially now that it's over and we can all catch a few more zzzs each night. Not that the craziness of the season is even slightly over. It's just beginning, and we've got a great line up this week to prove it. On Saturday, 944 is hosting DJ Samantha Ronson at Karu & Y and an issue release party on Tuesday in the form of an exclusive cocktail and advance screening of Jim Carrey’s Yes Man. The event will take place at Regal Cinemas South, go to 944.com/yesman to register to win tickets. Our cover is a little different this month so why shouldn't our issue release party be also? Of course as I write this, we're working hard here at 944 to put together the first issue of 2009, that's right, 2009 – can you believe it? To celebrate, 944 will have a fresh new look for the New Year that's almost as exciting for us to create as it will be for you to read (hey – everyone has their own idea of fun).
